The rate for this certificate is calculated using the 1-Year Constant Maturity Treasury Rate (plus 0.15%) or the First Future 12-Month Certificate over $10,000 (plus 0.15%) rate whichever rate is higher. The rate is guaranteed not to fall below 2.53%. The dividend rate will vary monthly and will adjust on the first business day of each month if the calculated rate has changed since the last adjustment. A 180 day penalty applies for early withdrawal.
