IMPORTANT Bank-OnLine Service Enhancement

In an effort to ensure the highest level of security for your online banking transactions, we have enhanced the login procedures of our Bank-OnLine service.

In the future, when you log on to Bank-OnLine, you may be asked to select and provide responses to a series of pre-determined questions. These questions will be used as an enhanced security feature to identify you if we don’t recognize your computer, your password is entered incorrectly, or you are requesting a transaction which is determined to be outside of your normal transaction history.

If our system detects any of the above activities on your account, you may be prompted to give your responses to some of these pre-determined questions. Your correct answers to the questions will be required for you to continue with your Bank-OnLine session.
