You, your household and your relatives are grouped as a family. Each quarter, your account balances and loan amounts are added together to determine which step level you are on. There are four steps in all.
At each step level, your benefits increase. Whether it's with fee rebates, or better interest rates, you and your family will reap the benefits when you increase an account balance, or utilize one of our many great products or services. The more you use, the greater your benefit!
